This notice explains how Headrun Technologies Pvt Ltd handles information submitted through the Zeneral website enquiry form.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, company, area of interest, and business question. We also record the website and page from which you made the enquiry, a submission identifier, and submission time. If you choose to tell us how you found us, we record that answer with your enquiry to understand which sources lead to useful business conversations. This field is optional. Server logs may include your IP address and basic request information for operation and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand your enquiry, contact you about a relevant demonstration or engagement, and manage the resulting business conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Who handles your enquiry
Headrun Technologies Pvt Ltd operates Zeneral. Authorised team members and the infrastructure providers used to store and deliver enquiries may process the information for that purpose. Please avoid including passwords, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information in the form.
Storage and your choices
Enquiries are stored in our application database. We retain them as needed to handle the enquiry and related business discussions, and to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about retention, email [email protected].
Website interactions
The Signal Playground uses fictional data and runs in your browser. Its controls do not access private customer projects. This public website does not set marketing analytics cookies. Public-page request counts may be grouped by crawler label or referring service to understand discovery. The dedicated discovery log does not contain IP addresses, query strings, full referrer URLs, or enquiry content. Crawler labels are not proof of provider identity. Signing in to the separate workspace uses cookies needed to provide account access.
Website assistant
The assistant offers service guidance, an editable enquiry brief, and a link to Raja’s Calendly booking page. When AI answers are available, you must accept the chat privacy notice before sending a message. Your question and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer from our approved service information. AI answers can make mistakes; our team confirms scope and proposals.
We store chat messages, answers, consent version, originating page, and session identifiers for up to 30 days. A necessary, secure session cookie lasts up to seven days and keeps the conversation associated with your browser. Starting a new chat begins a fresh conversation; it does not delete retained messages. You can request deletion using the contact email below. Abuse-prevention counters use a hashed network identifier. Chat data is visible to authorised Zeneral staff. If you explicitly send an enquiry, we link the conversation to that enquiry; the submitted contact details and business question follow the enquiry retention described above. Please avoid confidential or sensitive information. Opening Calendly takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy notice; the assistant does not book an appointment for you.
